Details:
Refresher training for the Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) starts on Monday January 16, 2012 and will run for seven weeks through February 27th. The classes will be held from 5:45pm to 8:15pm at the Mason Municipal Center, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, OH 45040.

Please be aware this is a refresher seminar, not an introductory course in quality management and organizational excellence. There is only a limited amount of time to review each topic.
Attendees are expected to prepare for each class by reading the applicable chapter and attempting the session questions/assignments before coming to class, so any questions can be discussed as a class.

The Quality Council of Indiana Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence Primer is required to participate in this course. QCI also has additional study materials that you may wish to order, although they are not required for the course.
