Download the Completed Experience Profile Summary and sort based upon quality experience and skill areas to identify potential candidates, and email to asqjob@cinci.rr.com regarding the selected candidate ID tracking numbers with follow up questions, contact details or position description(s). Your email will be confidentially forwarded to the candidate(s) that you identify. ASQ Cincinnati Experience Profile Process: This new ASQ Cincinnati service will introduce ASQ Cincinnati members and Greater Cincinnati area employers who are seeking qualified quality professionals. Job-seeking ASQ Cincinnati Members complete an Experience Profile Form and return it to the section placement chair. The Placement Chair creates, posts and maintains the section Experience Profile Summary list as a roll-up of all the individually submitted forms. The Placement Chair will assign a unique ID number for each submitted Experience Profile which will correspond to an entry in the Experience Profile Summary. Employer HR and hiring managers will identify potential candidates from Experience Profile Summary List Members are contacted via email sent to the Placement Chair referencing the unique ID number associated with the Member.  The email will be forwarded for response by the Member. Members no longer wishing to seek employment opportunities will contact the Placement Chair to have their information removed from the Experience Profile Summary list.
